1- How do I open an account?

You can complete your membership with the password you will create by entering an active e-mail address you use from the Account>Sign Up field at the top right of the page.

2- What should I pay attention to when opening an account?

You must make sure that the e-mail you will use when opening an account is correct, and you must complete your membership with an address you actively use. We will share all information specific to you and your order via this address.

3- Can I order without opening an account?

You can order as a member or without.

To order without becoming a member, just follow these steps:

Then, click 'Buy' button. You can complete your order without becoming a member by selecting the "Continue Without Membership" option.

Then, click 'Buy' button. You can complete your order without becoming a member by selecting the "Continue Without Membership" option.

If you're an existing customer, you can enter your registered email address and password to sign in before starting your order.

You can choose one of your registered addresses from the payment screen, or add a new address information. Then you should choose shipping provider.

You can complete your payment by entering your card information on the same screen and choosing one of the installment options if you want to make installments. Then, "I have read and accept the Preliminary Information Conditions and Distance Selling Agreement." After selecting the option, you can complete your order by clicking the "Complete Order" button.

After you complete your payment, the words "Your Order Has Been Received" will appear on the screen.

We will send an email confirmation to your registered email address once the order has gone through, this can take a few hours to arrive. Remember to check your junk and spam folder too!

5- What payment methods can I use?

You can create a new password by clicking on the link.

If you did not receive the link, check your spam folder.
